Last year’s reading challenge included a long list of books I wasn’t interested in reading. I was only four books short of meeting my 20-book challenge, but my greater disappointment was the number of books I continued to read even though I wasn’t enjoying them. Not only do I want to complete this year’s reading list, but I’d like to enjoy reading. This means accepting when to put a book down and move on to the next.
My younger brother visited Seattle for the first time this past weekend. The weather was absolutely gorgeous so we only spent a few hours indoors. He did insist we visit the downtown library. These are the photos I captured at the Seattle Central Library.
